Teen music sensations Megan & Liz joined forces with digital video network Akoo, leading music discovery destination OurStage.com. Secret Mean Stinks and Band Against Bullying creator Bruce Tyler to battle against bullying through a music driven awareness campaign. The campaign was promoted through a free concert at B.B. King Blues Club in NYC and featured performances Megan & Liz, Hot Chelle Rae, Bean, Kicking Daisies and OurStage.com competition winner Tim Halperin (Season 10 American Idol Finalist). Messages of support were shared via video from a who's who of superstars that included Justin Bieber, Train, The Fray, Flo Rida, Ke$ha, One Direction, John Mayer, Rita Ora, Kimbra, Neon Trees and many more.

American Idol Finalist Tim Halperin was selected by countless fans to be the opening act at a groundbreaking free concert in New York City on Friday, July 20th, as the music community united to raise awareness around bullying. Halperin, who captivated fans on the hit reality show, opened for YouTube sensations Megan & Liz and guests pop superstars Hot Chelle Rae, at BB Kings Blues Club, for the concert designed to encourage social change through music.
