PRIZE WINNERS - OPEN ONLY TO OURSTAGE ACCOUNT-HOLDERS WHO ARE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FORTY-EIGHT (48) CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES OR DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND ARE EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. THESE OFFICIAL RULES OUTLINE THE "BAND AGAINST BULLYING" FAN SWEEPSTAKES GIVEAWAY ("SWEEPSTAKES").

OVERVIEW AND TIMING: The "Band Against Bullying" Sweepstakes Competition Fan Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") rewards OurStage members for judging entries submitted by contestants in The "Band Against Bullying" Sweepstakes Competition ("Contest") on www.OurStage.com. By submitting a vote in the Contest, eligible participants will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes for the Fan Sweepstakes Entry Period, as defined below, which covers the date they submit their vote. The Fan Sweepstakes begins at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on June 19, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. ET on July 13, 2012 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). At the end of the Sweepstakes Period, The "Band Against Bullying" Sweepstakes Competition ("Competition") will conduct five (5) sweepstakes (each a "Fan Sweepstakes") from within The "Band Against Bullying" Sweepstakes Competition Channel. The entry period for each Fan Sweepstakes ("Fan Sweepstakes Entry Period") is set forth above. Drawings will be held by OurStage, Inc. ("Administrator") following the end of the Fan Sweepstakes Entry Period.

OurStage, Inc., ("OurStage", or "www.OurStage.com") wants to reward its community for recognizing and discovering new talent. Sweepstakes participants will be able to judge the entries submitted by contestants on www.OurStage.com. By judging in The "Band Against Bullying" Sweepstakes Competition, participants will be entered into the Sweepstakes for a chance to win the Sweepstakes Prize. Participants may judge as often as they like, but each participant is limited to one (1) Sweepstakes entry per registered member. Sort4 and/or Head-to-Head battles are both acceptable forms of judging on www.OurStage.com.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to OurStage account-holders who have Internet access and are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, and who are legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia. The following are not eligible: employees, contractors, directors and officers of Sponsor organizations (listed below), and each of their respective parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, distributors, web design, advertising, fulfillment, judging and Sweepstakes agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, "Sweepstakes Parties"), and the immediate family members of each (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and spouse or "step" of each) and those living in their same households (those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence for at least three months during the twelve-month period preceding the start date of the Sweepstakes).

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins once the Contest entries become available on www.OurStage.com for entrants to judge on June 19, 2012 at 4:00 pm EST and ends at 11:59:59am ET on July 13, 2012 ("Sweepstakes Period").

PRIZE WINNERS: For purposes of these Official Rules, the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Fan Winners shall be referred to as the "Prize Winners".

Five (5) Prize Winners from within The "Band Against Bullying" Sweepstakes Competition Channel Fan Sweepstakes will be awarded:

• Two (2) VIP Tickets to the Band Against Bullying event in New York City, NY on July 20, 2012 at B.B. King Blues Club & Grill;
• Meet and Greet with Megan & Liz;
• Autographed Pictures of Megan and Liz.

Travel not included. Prize Winners will need to provide their own travel arrangements to & from the event.

SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF PRIZE WINNERS: At the end of the Competition Fan Sweepstakes Entry Period, five (5) winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Fan Sweepstakes Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Potential winners will be notified via email at the address provided during registration. Potential winners will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release ("Release") which must be returned within two (2) days of the date such notice is sent or such other date selected by Sponsor. If Prize notification or any Prize is returned as undeliverable, or if potential winner does not respond within 48 hours from the date of notification, or if potential winner does not return the Release as directed, the Prize will be forfeited and Administrator will choose an alternate potential winner from among the remaining eligible entries received during that Fan Sweepstakes Entry Period. Prize Winners are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on their Prize. By accepting a Prize, winners) agree that the Sponsors and Sweepstakes Parties have the right to use winner's name, entry, and biographical information for advertising/promotional purposes, except where prohibited by law without notice or compensation.

Entrants agree that the Sponsors have the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from this Sweepstakes and that all decisions of Sponsors are final and binding. Any attempt by entrant and/or his/her family/friends to vote more than the number of times authorized by using multiple names or email address and/or any other fraudulent mechanism, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, shall give Sponsors the right to disqualify entrant in its reasonable discretion.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Prize Winners are solely responsible to report and pay any applicable taxes on their prize. By participating, Entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (available at www.OurStage.com), which are final and binding in all respects. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. If prize notification or any prize is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes or any part of the Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, with venue in Middlesex County, Massachusetts, and all claims must be resolved in the federal or state courts located in Middlesex County, Massachusetts.

Any registration information and/or submissions provided by Sweepstakes participants for purposes of this Sweepstakes will be provided to sponsors: OurStage.com, Akoo, and not to Facebook.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE: No liability or responsibility is assumed by Sponsors or Sweepstakes Parties resulting from any user's participation in or attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or ability or inability to upload or download any information in connection with participating in the Sweepstakes. No responsibility or liability is assumed by the Sponsors or Sweepstakes Parties for technical problems or technical malfunction arising in connection with any of the following occurrences which may affect the operation of the Sweepstakes: hardware or software errors; faulty computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic, wireless or Internet connectivity or other online communication problems; errors or limitations of any Internet service providers, servers, hosts or providers; garbled, jumbled or faulty data transmissions; failure of any e-mail transmissions to be sent or received; lost, late, delayed or intercepted e-mail transmissions; inaccessibility of the Web Site in whole or in part for any reason; traffic congestion on the Internet or the Web Site; unauthorized human or non-human intervention of the operation of the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, unauthorized tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bugs, worms; or destruction of any aspect of the Sweepstakes, or loss, miscount, misdirection, inaccessibility or unavailability of an email account used in connection with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor and Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for any typographical errors in the announcement of prizes or these Official Rules, or any inaccurate or incorrect data contained on the Web Site. Use of Web Site is at user's own risk. Sponsors and the Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage or losses of any kind which may be sustained to user's or any other person's computer equipment resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes, use of the Web Site or the download of any information from the Web Site. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees to release and hold Sponsors (OurStage, Akoo and Sweepstakes Parties harmless from any and all claims, damages or liabilities arising from or relating to such Entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes.
